Main Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and maintenance of data processing workflows under the guidance of senior team members
Assist in integrating data from various sources (e.g. APIs, databases, files) into centralized data platforms
Ensure the quality and availability of data across data pipelines and storage systems
Support the implementation of data models and data warehouse solutions
Monitor data workflows, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting
Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to fulfill data-related needs
Prepare and maintain documentation and data contracts related to data processes and systems
Develop a strong understanding of our product in order to effectively test and contribute to its development from a data engineering perspective

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent work experience
Solid knowledge of Python, SQL and relational databases
Basic knowledge of ETL concepts and data integration best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
Ability to work both proactively and as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Considered an Advantage:

Experience with data workflow tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar
Understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g. star schema, snowflake schema)
Previous exposure to financial data, ERP systems
