Responsibilities
• Continuously monitor changes and new features in Microsoft D365 Sales and Customer Insights
• Gather, organize, and share D365-related information through trainings and demos for business and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate with Retail Customer Tribe and other departments to understand business needs and propose platform-based solutions in line with IT strategy

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer value support systems
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external IT experts
• Design architecture for Dynamics solutions in line with business and risk requirements, while meeting bank-wide architectural and security standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and specifications

Requirements
• University or college degree in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Solid understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and services
• Experience with system integration technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, creative, and team-oriented personality
• Good communication skills in English

IT Business Analyst with CRM (EO-12294)

Responsibilities
Collect, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams, focusing on CRM-related developments.
Work in close collaboration with sales, customer care, product, and IT teams to design and implement a new cloud-based CRM solution.
Ensure all technical requirements are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s existing technology stack and capabilities.
Act as a key point of contact for the new CRM platform throughout its development, enhancement, and the rollout of new features.
Coordinate with external vendors and third-party providers during all stages of development and implementation.
Define testing requirements, develop test cases, and manage thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) before the release of new loyalty features or system updates.
Analyze and map data flows between systems to guarantee seamless customer and loyalty-related data exchange across various platforms.

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the CRM development field.
Hands-on experience in CRM campaign management and CRM solution development (such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Teradata, Unica, or similar platforms).
Strong background in translating business needs into detailed technical specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and recommend effective, practical solutions.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
