Ügyfelünk a magyar piacon prominens szerepkörrel bíró IT tanácsadó, akik széles körű informatikai szolgáltatásokat kínálnak az összes iparágra. Csapatuk új IT Ügyfélkapcsolati Támogatót keres, aki segíti a napi szintű felhasználói problémák gyors és professzionális megoldását. Az L1 csapat felelős a beérkező hívások fogadásáért, egyszerűbb hardver- és szoftverproblémák kezeléséért, valamint a kliensoldali üzemeltetésért.
Betanulást követően hybrid - 2 munkanap budapesti, 11. kerületi irodai és 3 nap Home office munkavégzéssel.

Feladatok:
•Az üzletmenet-folytonossági tervek (BCP) és üzleti hatáselemzések (BIA) elkészítése, szakterületi anyagok konszolidációja, az ehhez szükséges elemzések elkészítése, optimalizáció és fejlesztés, BCP kockázatok azonosításába, kezelése, tesztelésébe, valamint oktatási anyagok készítése. BCP-hez kapcsolódó teljesítménymutatók kialakítása és nyomon követése.
•Részvétel belső auditokban, közreműködés és támogatás a compliance (megfelelési) feladatok ellátásában, különös tekintettel a jogszabályi, szabványi és belső előírások tekintetében.
•Kapcsolattartás a Kockázatkezelés, az IT biztonság és a Compliance területekkel.
•Projektekhez kapcsolódó, BCP és folyamat optimalizációs feladatok ellátása.

Main Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and maintenance of data processing workflows under the guidance of senior team members
Assist in integrating data from various sources (e.g. APIs, databases, files) into centralized data platforms
Ensure the quality and availability of data across data pipelines and storage systems
Support the implementation of data models and data warehouse solutions
Monitor data workflows, identify issues, and assist in troubleshooting
Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to fulfill data-related needs
Prepare and maintain documentation and data contracts related to data processes and systems
Develop a strong understanding of our product in order to effectively test and contribute to its development from a data engineering perspective

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent work experience
Solid knowledge of Python, SQL and relational databases
Basic knowledge of ETL concepts and data integration best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
Ability to work both proactively and as part of a team
Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Considered an Advantage:

Experience with data workflow tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar
Understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g. star schema, snowflake schema)
Previous exposure to financial data, ERP systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take part in the design and implementation of the server architecture of the flagship product
• Find solutions, develop to production stage for complex problems
• Work together with the teams located in Budapest (Hungary) and Oradea (Romania) ensure constructive communication with co-developers and consulting/support teams
• Learn and understand the exact needs of our clients in terms of business and technical requirements
• Design, implement, test, and maintain the functionalities added to the system
• Come up to speed quickly when faced with new technologies or challenges

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience with caching architectures, such as Redis
• Experience with complex Docker infrastructures, including proxies, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with Java Concurrency, as well as horizontally scaled
• Experience with Eclipse RCP is an advantage

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• A Java/JEE Developer with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in enterprise software environment
• Java, clean code experience with open source projects
• Worked with Spring, Redis, Git
• A motivated team player and good communicator
• An efficient self-starter who requires little supervision and who can build on their experience to master new technologies
