Responsibilities:

Document and map data flows, governance requirements, and lineage in collaboration with SMEs
Design and implement tools and processes to improve data quality and accessibility
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze current data architecture and identify improvements
Recommend and implement enhancements to published organizational data
Analyze system integrations to optimize data flows
Maintain data quality standards, monitoring, and validation processes

Requirements

1–3 years relevant experience
Technical Skills: Understanding of data management principles, databases, and data architecture; proficiency in Python and SQL
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and root cause analysis
Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability, and critical thinking
Education: Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities:
• Lead program discovery, including requirements gathering and high-level planning
• Develop and execute infrastructure program strategies focused on networking and collaboration
• Plan, organize, and coordinate deployment plans for core network infrastructure
• Oversee execution and delivery of program goals
• Provide status reporting on objectives, KPIs, and milestones
• Create and maintain program documentation: methods of procedure (MOPs), run books, change controls
• Manage delivery across internal engineering teams and third-party vendors
• Track hardware procurement, delivery timelines, and vendor coordination
• Create and manage technology change management tickets
• Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
• Support weekend installation activities (Friday evenings/Saturdays)

Requirements:
• 10–12 years of technology project management experience
• Experience with enterprise-scale networking and/or collaboration programs, especially Cisco (WiFi, routing, switching, security, and collaboration)
• Deep understanding of:
• Network infrastructure lifecycle
• Cabling and corporate services
• Data center builds, migrations, and decommissions
• Proven ability to:
• Manage network refresh/integration projects
• Track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, MS Project)
• ServiceNow for ITSM
• JIRA and Kanban boards for workflow/task tracking

Advantages:
• Bachelor's degree (ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
• Experience in financial services or consulting environments
• Strong familiarity with:
• Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, Jabber, Webex, Webex Calling)
• Cisco networking (user access switches, datacenter/edge routing, WiFi)
• Infrastructure documentation and risk/change management

Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and optimize high-performance infrastructure for real-time trading
-Take complete ownership of projects, from design to production deployment
-Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve system stability and performance in production
-Collaborate closely with Algo Trading and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions

Requirements:
-Extensive hands-on experience with Java and related technologies (e.g. JPA)
-Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, system design
-Experience with multithreading, distributed systems, and high-performance computing
