Manager of Talent Management (SZJ-12192)
Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute talent management strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute a comprehensive workforce strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term goals.
• Your work will directly influence the company’s ability to achieve its strategic goals by ensuring we have the right talent in place.
• Oversee the annual performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and quarterly check-ins sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Continue to collect feedback on ways to enhance the annual process to ensure value add and optimal leader and employee experience
• Lead the talent review process to identify high-potential employees and create development plans to support their growth.
• Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
• Partner with Learning and Development to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
• You will play a key role in identifying and developing the next generation of leaders within the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and recommend improvements based on data analysis. Analyze talent data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve talent management practices.
• Your insights and data-driven approach will help us continuously improve our talent management practices, making a lasting impact on the organization.
• Lead and manage the Workday talent management modules product owner, collaborating with HRIS team on configuration, testing and deployment
• Align and work closely HR Leaders and HRBPs to ensure implementation of programs and processes are deployed effectively into business according to needs
with HR teams and other leaders to ensure a robust talent pipeline and foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure talent management initiatives are integrated and effective.
Professional Requirements:
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, and HR strategy.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, and leadership and coaching abilities
