Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (SZJ-12205)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership:
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
2. Talent Management:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
3. Employee Relations:
• Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving techniques.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
4. Performance Management:
• Implement performance management systems and processes to drive high performance and accountability.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
5. Change Management:
• Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Develop change management plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
6. Compliance:
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations across various European countries.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
7. HR Analytics:
• Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
• Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HR software (Workday) and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of European labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in multiple European markets is highly desirable.
• Language: Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
