Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure Workday according to business requirements and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the HRIS and implement changes to improve efficiency and usability.
• Collaborate with the HR team to define and implement Workday functions and processes.
• Support the training of HR employees and other stakeholders in using Workday.
• Lead projects for implementing new features or integrating the HRIS with other systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to solve technical issues, perform upgrades, and support system integrations.
• Create reports, analyses, and dashboards from the HRIS to present HR metrics and KPIs, supporting HR management in decision-making.

Requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and configuring Workday or a comparable HRIS system.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in project work and project management.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and conduct training sessions.
• Team-oriented working style and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
