Business Analyst (VB-12171)
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement CRM features to enhance customer engagement and support business success.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and support the development of features.
• Customize and configure CRM systems to meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to users on CRM systems.
• Create and maintain documentation on CRM processes and configurations.
• Assist in resolving CRM system issues and coordinate with IT or vendors as needed.
• Report the status of the development of features to the Product Owner.
Professional Requirements:
• Several years of experience in IT architecture and solution design, preferably with CRM systems, or ideally with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of software development, databases, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on CRM systems.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and related tools.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices (Safe).
• Industry knowledge in retail.
• Knowledge in project management.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Personal Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
