Our multinational client is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services for which we look for new candidates to French Speaking Inside Sales Team Leader position.

What you’ll be doing:

• Have direct people management resposibilities
• Organise daily business within the team
• Participate in customer focused meetings and drive improvement
• Operate as a contact person for own team members (Ex.: process questions, escalations or projects etc.)
• Control relevant costs lines to meet budgetary requirements
• Establish internal/external communication (management meetings, 121s, meeting with stakeholders etc.)
• Handle escalations
• Participate to the setting of team-related annual targets / KPIs and cascade them
• Ensure the implementation of process changes requested by management
• Ensure compliance with and monitor existing processes at the best possible cost/benefit conditions
• Support in identifying and supporting process improvements
• Take part in projects/programmes.

What you need to have:

• Have at least 3 years of professional experience in similar environment
• Have people management experience (if you also have project management that’s an advantage)
• Fluent in English and French
• Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of and understand the direction of change in the marketplace, industry, consumer preferences, and relevant stakeholders
• Have a good process understanding for day-to-day business, encourage the following of standard processes, and make significant efforts to improve processes
• Have good time management skills, work independently and solution-oriented, and have good self-organization
• Good at problem-solving and decision-making
• Have a high level of cost awareness
• Have a customer & goal-oriented work style
• Have very good oral and written communication skills
• Have a high ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations
• Proficient in MS Office applications
