Project Communications and Data Specialist (PE-12100)
• Regular data reporting of volumes of hires & candidate types globally to allow for a strategic approach to resource / tool planning
• Analysis of global adoption and usage of recruiter tools
• Creation of onboarding guides for recruiters & Line Managers enabling effective and efficient use of recruitment technology
• Creation of best practice / training guides for recruiter tools
• Communication and coordination of EW expansion project with senior stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• 2-3 years experience in change management and data migration
• Fluent Business English
• Enthusiasm for technology solutions
• Competent with reporting, comfortable working with numbers
• Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
