Player Care Agent (PE-12095)
• Handle incoming queries from our players investigate and solve their issues with the tools available for Player Care
• Escelate and assist Quality Assurance with information to investigate players’ tech och bug issues
• Answer game-related questions sent in from our players
• Meet our players with an understanding, caring, but also casual tone of voice, and provide them with high-quality service
• Ensure that our Terms and Conditions are being followed, and take action if needed
• Act as a representative for Star Stable by supporting our beliefs and values
What you need to have:
• Fluent in speaking and written English. Preferbly on C1 level, but not lower than B2.
• Previous experience in customer service role or service-focused business
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices
Beneficial:
• Also fluent in speaking and writing in either one or more of the following languages: German, Polish, Swedish, French, Dutch, Hungarian
• Previous experience in customer support or moderation
• Regular gamer of PC and mobile games
• Active in online community
• Already a current Star Stable Online player
