Are you passionate about customer relationship management and business processes? We’re looking for a CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team and help deliver cutting-edge solutions using Microsoft technologies like MS Dynamics and Power Platform.

About the Role:
As a CRM Consultant, you’ll work on various projects supporting strategic and operational activities, beyond traditional CRM. Your focus will be to understand our clients’ business needs and implement solutions that streamline processes such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, and more.
What you will need to do in the role, and we will help you to do it:
- Collaborate with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions using MS Dynamics Customer Engagement
- Design, implement, and customize CRM systems (data models, business logic, etc.)
- Support real-time business logic using NoCode and LowCode technologies
- Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to clients
- Participate in Pre-Sales, Up-Sales, reporting, testing, and presenting new technologies
- Depending on expertise, contribute to CRM architecture design
What skills and experience are essential for the position?
- Experience implementing MS Dynamics Customer Engagement or PowerApps
- Strong business analysis and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workflows
- Fluent in English
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps)
- Programming experience (C#, HTML, XML, JS)
- German language skills
