German speaking Billing Accountant - Contract Administration (PE-12009)
Pre- and Post-processing of Invoicing:
• Based on customer contracts (equipment basis) and invoice relevant documents (offers, orders, customer contracts): self-reliant invoice preparation
• Control of contract and/or billing relevant equipment data (in SAP-Contracts)
• Correction of booking mistakes
Invoicing:
• Billing in SAP, manual filing
• Month end closure: billing of all invoices during month and also month end. If necessary responsible for accrued revenue process (all invoices for the respective month have to be either billed or accrued)
• Credit note process incl. maintenance of credit note tool or special reports
• Management of all the relevant documents (contracts, orders, acceptance of services rendered or final acceptance of the work, e-mail handling)
• Correct assignment of service revenue billed by sales to service WBS
• Analysis of contract profitability / revenue positions
• Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation.
What you need to have:
• Interested in Finance or Accounting
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and have an upper-intermediate knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Process and customer orientated attitude.
• Good knowledge of the SAP PS module, which is an advantage
• 1-2 years experience in service industry.
• Good analytical skills
