Factory Digitization Leader
Key Responsibilities
Perform map and gap to develop a strategy and roadmap for factory digitization including return on investment analysis.
Develop a data analytics strategy across production, warehousing and services functions.
Assist in refining capacity planning models to support S&OP process.
Assist in developing cost and headcount modeling to support all aspects of operations.
Identify opportunities to improve process automation, increase productivity and efficiencies.
Design system solutions to support Manufacturing Lean implementation.
Understand technology trends that drive a digital culture, aligning digital initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Sciences, Management Information System, or Business Management.
Strong experience in directing cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of leading implementation of systems and automation across multiple factories.
Experience in high technology manufacturing required.
15+ years of relevant experience required.
Ability to drive change and impact influence without lines of formal authority.
Interpersonal and leadership skills across multiple cultures in America, Europe and Asia.
