Our multinational company engaged in applied research, development and production of catalysts in the field of olefin metathesis, is looking for a HR Business Partner to their Budapest and Gödöllő-based office.

Our company is in an intensive growth phase, the construction of our large-volume production unit will begin next year. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to our dynamically growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

Purpose
-- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
-- Provide comprehensive HR support across various functions.
-- Drive long-term business growth through HR initiatives.
-- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while fostering employee engagement and compliance.

Tasks
-- Having strategic cooperation with Global HR to develop and implement HR concepts that address organizational challenges and opportunities.
-- Collaborate with business and department leaders to identify workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives, including conducting annual workforce planning to analyse staffing requirements and ensure compliance.
-- Act as the primary HR contact for managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
-- Act as a strategic advisor in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations, while guiding talent management, succession planning, performance management, and career development to drive organizational growth.
-- Represent Global HR locally to foster alignment with company objectives.
-- Design and manage onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
-- Lead organizational transformation efforts by managing change initiatives such as mergers, restructuring, process improvements, and communication strategies while fostering employee engagement and alignment.
-- Responsible for conducting interviews and selecting the right candidates for the right position.
-- Building trust with all employees and bridging the gap between management and employees.
-- Organize training programs and events to support employee development and engagement.
-- Responsible for employee complaints and moderation between managers and employees.
-- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies.

Projects
-- Co-lead the introduction of business related IT system on HR aspects.
-- Conduct a review of the Compensation & Benefits system to enhance transparency and competitiveness.
-- Strategic HR Projects: Drive ad-hoc HR projects based on organizational needs, e.g. shift systems
-- Plan and manage the annual HR budget.

What you need to have:

-- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
-- 3-5 years’ experience as an HR-genaralist, HR Business Partner or HR manager.
-- Fluent in Hungarian and in English.
-- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
-- Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
-- Expertise in change management and communication strategies.
-- Excellent relationship-building and leadership skills.
-- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
-- Strong organizational and communication skills
-- Familiarity with payroll processes and HR systems.
-- Proficiency in employment law and regulatory compliance.
-- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
