Develop and maintain interfaces between ERP D365 and other systems to ensure smooth data flow and synchronization.
Design and implement integration solutions based on business requirements, utilizing appropriate technologies and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to gather integration requirements and propose optimal solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes, including system architecture, data mappings, and integration protocols.
Conduct testing and debugging of interfaces to identify and resolve issues, ensuring
high-quality and error-free integration.
Monitor integration performance and proactively address any performance bottlenecks
or errors to maintain system efficiency.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in integration technologies and best
practices and make recommendations for improvements.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members
regarding integration-related queries or issues.
Collaborate with external vendors or third-party service providers, if necessary, to ensure
successful integration between systems.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver integration solutions within agreed-upon
deadlines.
Support in identifying opportunities overtime to rationalize and support
application integration engineering work across the DT technology portfolio.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in app integration.
Proficiency in programming languages, like C#, .NET or JavaScript.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ERP functions used in
application integration.
Affinity for teamwork, collaborative attitude, open-minded and adaptable.
Well organized, able to work under pressure and manage emergencies.
Good analytical skills to interpret problems, identify solutions and possible side effect
Fluently spoken and written English.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is advantage
Strong knowledge of integration concepts, protocols, and technologies
(e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
