German Speaking First Line Analyst (PE - 8596)
-- Finding the best and the easiest solution for users’ problems
-- Answering support queries via tools, phone and email, keeping daily contact with our users calling from all over Europe
-- Resolving IT issues which can occur during the course of office work
-- Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
-- Delegation of problems which cannot be resolved on first level to the competent teams
-- Maintaining and improve customer satisfaction level
What you need to have:
-- Intermediate English and fluency in German (any additional European language knowledge is an advantage)
-- Affinity to resolving IT related issues
-- Computer use daily, knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 and/or other operating systems, MS Office tools
-- Logical thinking, solving problems resourcefully and fast
-- Outstanding communication skills, customer focused mind-set
-- Ability to do multitasking
-- Enjoying and committed to working in teams
